The Process

Each car build starts with the body shell and relevant panels stripped down to bare metal followed by a pre fabrication protection coated in epoxy primer. This is with the use of specialist equipment to access internal cavities and box section as well as all external areas.

Our fabrication team then expertly carry out all necessary minor corrosion repairs along with other extra body strengthening and bespoke modifications.

Once the body preparation team have completed works it is then painted in house with only the highest quality of products such as Lechlar and Dupont. Then it is treated to an intense underbody protection programme using a polyurethane two component body colour water proof and scratch resistant coating. All internal areas and cavities are coated with Dinitrol wax with the use of specialist equipment.

The car is then re-assembled using many re-engineered, revised and bespoke components. These components are exclusive to our turn key car builds, keeping your MZR 240z unique.
